SFind Commander — End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. LICENSOR
   Benny Shop, Taiwan ("we"). Contact: tkoyb03@gmail.com.

2. TRIAL
   You may evaluate SFind Commander free of charge for 3 days. After the trial,
   a paid license is required to keep using it.

3. LICENSE TYPES
   a) Lifetime license: a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the version you
      bought and updates released within 24 months of purchase.
   b) Subscription license: the right to use the software while your
      subscription is active, including all updates during that period.
   Each license may be activated on up to 3 computers used by the same person.
   You can move a license by deactivating it (Help > License) on the old computer;
   a computer that has not been online for 14 days is released automatically.

4. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or share license keys; remove or bypass
   license checks; or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows.
   The icons included in the software are licensed to us and may not be
   extracted or used separately.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
   - Icons: Streamline "Ultimate Colors" (streamlinehq.com). Free icons are used
     under CC BY 4.0; premium icons are used under Streamline's commercial license.
   - RAR support uses WinRAR/UnRAR installed separately by you under their own
     license; SFind Commander does not include RAR software.

6. SYSTEM TOOLS DISCLAIMER
   System Cleanup, Deep Uninstaller and Startup Manager change files, registry
   entries, services and scheduled tasks. The software creates restore points and
   backups where possible, but you use these tools at your own risk and should
   keep your own backups.

7. NO WARRANTY
   The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum
   extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential
   damages, including data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you
   paid for the license.

8. REFUNDS
   Refunds are handled under our payment provider's policy (Lemon Squeezy) within
   14 days of purchase.

10. GOVERNING LAW
   This agreement is governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
